Who We’re Looking For
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and qualified International Sales Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about international trade, eager to work in a dynamic environment, and ready to contribute to a globally expanding organization, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, International Relations, or Foreign Trade),
- Preferably knowledgeable about materials and technical equipment used in the electrical industry,
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export, sales support, or similar roles,
- Proficient in foreign trade operations processes,
- Skilled in using MS Office applications effectively,
- Willing and able to travel,
- Native-level proficiency in Russian; proficiency in English or Turkish is a plus,
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills,
- A team player who is dynamic and solution-focused,
- Preferably experienced with managing international client portfolios.
Job Description:
- Respond to inquiries from current and potential customers, prepare quotations, and ensure follow-up,
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to manage processes effectively,
- Monitor order and shipment processes,
- Keep product information up to date, ensure stock and price control,
- Provide support to enhance customer satisfaction.
