Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with LOGO accounting software is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Open to learning, development, and change

Job Description
- Maintain accounting books and records in compliance with regulations and ensure proper documentation, archiving, and audit readiness
- Manage and monitor e-ledger and e-invoice processes
- Track official electronic communications (e-notifications, KEP, UETS)
- Record and monitor expenses accurately
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and controls
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and statutory declarations in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments and ensure compliance in all accounting processes
- Prepare and deliver required reports on time
- Ensure all accounting records comply with current legislation and fulfill legal obligations
- Manage correspondence and processes with official institutions; prepare and submit required documents accurately and on time
- Assist with independent audits, tax audits, and financial inspections
