E-Commerce Specialist

In line with our strategic goals, we are looking for colleagues to be assigned in the position of “E-Commerce Specialist” in our company, which is one of the giants of the energy sector with our constantly growing, developing and expanding geography, human resources, product and service diversity, increasing the geographies we bring solutions to and our customer portfolio.

Required Qualifications;

  • Graduated from related departments of universities
  • Experienced in e-commerce processes (B2B / B2C platforms)
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting, data analysis and Excel
  • Good command of digital marketing tools, social media management and mailing systems
  • Basic IT knowledge (user authorization, system access management, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented and reporting discipline
  • Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork
  • Preferably with experience in Tiger or similar ERP software

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly visit/call/order reports of the sales team and communicating them to the management
  • Sales, user openings, targets, discount and campaign definitions, exchange rate difference order tracking and reporting in the B2B system
  • Preparing performance reports of salespeople and presenting them to the management
  • Preparation of year and quarterly comparative reports of company turnover
  • Managing database update processes, coordinating with the sales team
  • Control, updates and troubleshooting of e-commerce platforms and website
  • Preparation, sharing and performance monitoring of social media content
  • Managing campaign and digital marketing processes (banners, mailings, WhatsApp posts, advertisement works, etc.)
  • Communicating with manufacturers and agencies in campaign, digital marketing and e-commerce processes
  • Organizing webinar, event and magazine content processes
  • Reporting and tracking of orders received by credit card
  • Management of in-house digital systems (Bimser, Office license, mail, password systems, etc.) and user support.
